10. Lemon
Lemons are not only a very important part of our diet but it has also a lot of benefits for our health.
Lemons contain vitamin C and flavonoids, which help our body to fight respiratory infections such as the flu and cold.
Lemon juice contains citric acid which plays an important role in the dissolution of calcium deposits, gallstones and kidney stones and they also destroy the intestinal warms.
Lemon's juice can be used as an antibacterial to fight and destroy bacteria of cholera, diphtheria, malaria, typhoid and many other life threatening diseases .
What's most important of all lemon's benefits is its alkalizing ability for the body.
Lemons are acidic but they form alkaline on the body fluids by helping this way to restore balance in the body's pH levels.

Cucumbers are rich with water, they contain 95% water, keeping the body hydrated and at the same time helping it to eliminate toxins.
Cucumbers contain lariciresinol, pinoresinol, and secoisolariciresinol, which according to researches are connected with reducing risks of several cancer types like ovarian cancer, uterine cancer and prostate cancer.
In case you have a hangover just eat a few slices of cucumber before going to bed and since cucumbers contain sugar, B vitamins and electrolytes they reduce the intensity of hangover and headache.
Cucumber juice contains a hormone that is needed by pancreatic cells to produce insulin, which helps patients with diabetes.

Vitamin C has an important role in healing wounds because enzymes that form collagen can't function without vitamin C. Watermelon is rich on vitamin C.

Garlic contains high levels of a sulfur compound called allicin , which helps reducing hair loss problems.
Garlic ban also be used as an antibacterial due to its high amounts of antioxidants, this way garlic can be applied on acne and this way healing them.
Garlic also prevents and helps in treating colds, also you can use garlic to control weight and to treat athletes feet.

Falcarinol is also a natural pesticide that carrots use to protect its roots from fungal infection.
